There are three ways- the easiest is to take a taxi or Uber and you can also take a water taxi they all take about 10 minutes. Prices vary on group size.
Most people show up in their bathing suits or in shorts and a T-shirt. Some people like to go in the nude, so they will go into a changing room and wrap themselves in a towel and then go to their table and lay down under the ample towel. Other people just lay down in their bathing suit- the girls in their bikinis or bathing suits are asked while face down, if they want to remove their back strap and their neck strap for a better massage. It all depends on your comfort level. Though many customers are naked under their towels, there is no nudity, as care is taken so that everyone is covered up.
No there is no age limit. However, young teens and children must be accompanied by an adult- parents know best.
Once you have been given a token and are asked to proceed to the upper deck, your time starts. Too many people take a long time changing out of their bathing suits, wrapping themselves in a towel or going to the toilet. Some customers lose precious time taking selfies or engaging in small talk, trying to figure out what table they are going to go to- so time starts whenever you walk up onto the upper deck.
The answer is yes. However, we have 60 therapist that participate in two shifts. They all have a day off and also fall I’ll and are sent home. We also have disciplinary actions that sometimes limit their ability to be requested and the client must request a different one or quite simply, go with “the luck of the draw”. We do try hard to pair you up with your therapist of choice but for various reasons, cannot always deliver and we are not obligated to do so. Your reservation is for a table and a good therapist.
To us, a couples massage is two reservations at the same time for the same amount of time- 60 or 90 minutes (no discount). However, these massages are not necessarily going to be next to each other. We cannot and do not guarantee specific bed placements.

We do not offer a private area for a couples massage. All the massages are in an open area with absolutely no expectation of privacy.
No we do not offer group discounts regardless of the number. We feel our prices are fair and you get huge value.
There are three types of reservations
1.- you can go to our website and book online either one or 29 masages. However, the only caveat is that these massages must be for future dates, earliest, next day and must be paid ahead.
2.- You can personally go to The Sand Bar and make reservations for same day or future dates. For us to hold your slot, you need to leave a $10 deposit for each massage.
3.- You can email us or you can send us a message via WhatsApp or the reservation application on Yelp. We also take reservations through Facebook Messenger. However, this is not monitored regularly and we could miss you. We limit tus thistle type of reservation to 4 slots and these have to be paid in full no less than 30 minutes prior. If these are not paid within 30 minutes, we will consider you a No Show and make them available to others that might want them.

Yes, in the winter after 5 o’clock we bring out the blankets because there is a cool breeze and it is very comforting to enjoy your massage under a blanket.
Yes all therapists have earplugs in their pockets that are brand new.
For Masages paid in full either through our Web application or by payment in full with a credit card or cash at The Sand Bar, we require at least 24 hours to cancel and get a full refund.
For massages set aside with a $10 deposit, we require a four hour window to cancel. Should you choose to cancel within this four hour window, you will forfeit your deposit.
Know that all forfeited monies are remitted to our Dog Rescue Program

All forfeited monies in the form of Massage Deposits or No Shows that customers loose for being late, not showing up for their appointments or attempting last minute changes, go directly to The Dog Rescue Fund and is channeled for food, meds, Vet Bills in various shelters in Cabo and the state of B.C.S.
At The Sand Bar we have 6 parking spots. These are “first come, first serve”.
Not enough for congested days. However, there is public parking 150 yards from The Sand Bar, next to the Bahía Hotel. Not sure what the exact price is- about $5/ Hr. for the first 2 hours, then 50 Cents/Hr. for the rest of the day (basically, a couple of drinks for a 1/2 day + of parking).
